Organizational consults take on many forms.  Common to most of them is a “product” or “deliverable” in an area where the organization wants to improve or has some point of pain.   Often the point of pain is a symptom of what’s going on in the organizational system.  This is particularly true when an organization is at a developmental threshold.

Because the organization has exceptional leadership both at the executive and board levels the result of their planning has delivered 300% growth in three successive strategic plan cycles of 3 years each.

Peabody Global  shepherded the updating of a 150-year-old global membership association who had not addressed bylaws, strategic relevance, or its governance model since its inception. 

 

With a large membership of  560,000+, with global scope and high profile members, the organization sought from Peabody Global the necessary adaptation guidance to retain relevance and gain renewed importance to its members.

Additionally, the combined efforts through restructuring both internally and at the board level Peabody Global was able to assist the organization to increase performance with greater benefits for its members.

Peabody Global assisted two large faith-based institutions in the formation of a sustainable non-profit to deliver on a joint effort globally in over 300 countries. This included guidance to secure 501(c)3 status and guidance through each developmental stage from formation to a professionalized mature organization.

 

The scope of work included governance formation and development, financial stabilization, organizational structure development, and population, legal exigencies, strategic planning, and program expansion.

Peabody Global facilitated an organization to transition from crisis to the highly effective organization that it is today.

 

This organization found itself amid a crisis that threatened its very existence due to dangerous political maneuvers and infighting. These internal board dysfunctions and political forces resulted in the loss of key leaders.

 

To save the organization, the CEO paid a heavy price to influence equity. Peabody Global took the organization from the furor of the crisis with an organizational analysis and refocused the principles to productive problem-solving.  

Organizational Development

Peabody Global was selected for its expertise and agility for the execution of a new corporate foundation initiated by the corporation’s CEO and Senior Executive Team. The inception of the organization began with the allocation of monies to support the many causes that made meaningful differences in the communities where the corporation have stores.

 

It needed to formalize a flagship cause for its giving and formalize its organizational efforts. Along with their Executive Team and Board, Peabody Global became the consulting partner to design, develop, brand, and execute the national flagship giving effort. 

 

The outcome delivered was a buy-in corporation wide to the flagship cause, its mission, with use of a strategic plan that fully engaged its team members, partners, vendors, and the client communities they serve throughout the country.
